We’re Amy and Lorne Thomas, the passionate duo behind Lux Wedding Photographers. With over 28 years together and more than a decade of professional photography experience, we know firsthand the joy and significance of capturing life’s most meaningful moments.

In 2015, Lorne joined me as my second and backup photographer, bringing his unique perspective and skills to every wedding we shoot. Both born and raised in the Treasure Valley, we currently live in Ontario, Oregon, and proudly serve The Treasure Valley and beyond.

While we love our local roots, our passion for travel photography has taken us far and wide. Most of our weddings have been destination celebrations, from the mountains of Idaho to the coasts of California, and even as far as West Virginia. No matter where your love story takes you, we’re dedicated to capturing every detail, emotion, and moment with care and professionalism.

Our own wedding in 1999 taught us the importance of beautifully preserved memories. With only a few underexposed photos from our big day, we understand the regret of not having timeless images to look back on.
