We recommend booking as soon as you have your wedding date and venue confirmed. Our calendar fills up quickly, especially during peak wedding season, so reaching out 9 to 12 months in advance is ideal to ensure availability. If your wedding is coming up sooner, reach out to see if we can accommodate!
Yes, we love traveling to capture love stories in new and beautiful locations! We are available for weddings both domestically and internationally. Travel fees may apply depending on the distance and location. Some of our recent destination weddings include Southern California, West Virginia, Utah, Idaho, and Oregon.
We offer a variety of packages to suit different needs, including coverage hours, number of photographers, engagement sessions, and more. We are happy to send pricing guides after your consultation call.
All packages come with high-resolution, edited images from your wedding day. The amount depends on the length of time we are hired for. We deliver your photos via a private online gallery where you can view, download, order prints and share your images with family and friends.
Yes, we offer engagement sessions as part of some of our packages or as an add-on service. An engagement session is a great way for us to get to know each other better and for you to become comfortable in front of the camera before your wedding day.
For some of our packages we come as a team! We also have a second photographer as an add on for packages that do not include it. Having more than one photographer is always an option.
Yes, we are fully insured with both liability and equipment coverage. If your venue requires proof of insurance, we are happy to provide the necessary documentation.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to book your wedding, we have a network of trusted professional photographers we can call upon to ensure your wedding is still beautifully captured.
To secure your wedding date, we require a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit. You will need to first review our portfolio work, pricing guides and have a consultation call.
A deposit of 25% of the total package price is required for weddings booked more than 6 months in advance, and a 50% deposit for weddings within 6 months. Payments can be made in full or split into monthly installments. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the wedding.
Your fully edited wedding gallery will be delivered within 6-8 weeks after your wedding day. We know you're excited to see your photos, so we also provide a sneak peek of a few images within 72 hours.
Yes, we offer a range of high-quality albums and prints to showcase your wedding photos. You can choose from various sizes, covers, and designs to create a custom album that reflects your style.
We welcome your input and are happy to discuss any specific shots or family groupings you desire. Prior to the wedding, we'll work with you to create a timeline and discuss important details to ensure we capture all the moments that matter to you.
We carefully cull and edit for color correction, exposure, and cropping to ensure they meet our professional standards. Our editing enhances the natural beauty of the images without heavy retouching. We offer more extensive editing for anything beyond enhancing and retouching.
Absolutely. We always bring backup cameras, lenses, and lighting equipment to every wedding to ensure we're prepared for any situation. With 10 years of experience shooting weddings, we have learned the best way to prepare for most cases.
We are experienced photographing in various lighting conditions. We use professional equipment and techniques to handle low-light situations, ensuring your photos are clear and beautifully lit.
This is entirely up to the couple getting married. We just ask that they are mindful during key moments, such as the ceremony, so they don't interfere with our ability to capture important shots.
Yes! While our main focus is on photography, we also offer videography services for behind-the-scenes moments and social media-friendly videos. These clips are perfect for sharing on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok, and they add a fun, dynamic element to your wedding experience. Our BTS videos capture the candid, joyful moments of your day and complement the storytelling of your photos. If you're interested, we can customize a package that includes this service.
In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate your new date, subject to availability. Please refer to our contract for detailed terms and conditions.
